Hilton Garden Inn – The Woodlands with REVPAR of $156.59 ranks #14 and Hyatt Place – The Woodlands, in the second year of operation with a REVPAR of $143.76, ranks #19 for all Top Houston – Area Hotels in Revenue Per Available Room. Average REVPAR for hotels on the Top 25 increased to $163 from $160 in 2014, however REVPAR decreased for 16 of last year’s top 25 hotels.
